Personal words from founder and managing director Michael Trummer:
In the beginning there was a hobby and a passion of mine: a VW bus.
As a 23-year-old upstart, I was a regular customer of various minibus rental companies due to my heavy involvement in a cycling club, a music group, and youth work. Necessity became a virtue, and in 1999 I fulfilled a dream: my first own vehicle, an old youth bus from FC Basel.
What started as a hobby led to the founding of the sole proprietorship 'Busmiete Trummer' in 2006. Later it became Busmiete.ch GmbH, which was then converted into a public limited company in 2014.
Since then, we have been able to witness how our company has developed. Basis of success and the company's growth are our fantastic employees, who, in this sensitive business of passenger transport, happily perform outstanding work for you, our valued customers, every day. Whether in customer service on the phone or at reception, in vehicle maintenance, or, last but not least, as chauffeurs for our vehicles – your well-being and mobility tailored to our customers' needs are always at the heart of our work.
Our offer can be summarized simply: We rent buses for group travel with or without a driver. From minibuses to 50-seat coaches, we'll find the perfect vehicle for your travel needs.
Back in 2006 when the company was founded, we implemented the following principles, which are still valid today: Guidelines Since then, our actions have been based on these lines:
- Our core business is the rental of buses and trailers to companies, clubs, and private individuals. With or without drivers. Our services are clear, reliable, affordable, and individually tailored to our customers' needs.
- Simple company structures keep us flexible. We want to Service consistently improve. One measure of our success is our customers who plan their next event with our vehicles.

Our hall in Schlieren will be demolished to make way for an office building. We're moving to Regensdorf.

Zurich relocation: Altstetten station is moving to Schlieren. It now has a car wash and gas station.

Opening of the Bern Zollikofen branch. Continuous expansion of the vehicle fleet to approximately 40 vehicles. Relocation of the Zurich branch to Altstetten Güterbahnhof.
